100% recommend this company to anyone!!!! My husband backed into our garage door (a new rental, only been there 5 days which is stressful enough!) heard about this company from our new neighbors and called in a panic! Trevor went above and beyond to help us out and managed to fit us in his very busy schedule and saved the day and the door! Hands down the best “repair” experience I’ve ever had! Dana was incredibly friendly and professional and Trevor walked me through a simple repair of my garage door on the phone. After being unable to troubleshoot the problem on my own, Dana and Trevor made a house call and arrived exactly when they said they would and fixed the issue without any problems and walked me through tips on what to do if the garage door were to malfunction again. They even called me as they were leaving to tell me I hadn’t shut the garage door all the way. So grateful for companies like theirs in Kelowna.

Unreal customer service! Specially came all the way from their offices on a Friday afternoon to fix our broken wireless keypad. Not only did that but discovered that the original company who installed the door didn't the hook the battery up. He fixed the battery, put in a light bulb, lubricated the hinges and even set the freaking clock!! When it came time to settle up, they stuck to the quote! These guys know how to do it right. Never going anywhere else!
